Lina Inverse

*Age: 16 *Height: 156cm.

*Very brave tomboy, but yeah, it's true she's a beautiful girl.^^ An expert in All magics, especially Black ones. Surely she is the genius magician. However, she is not quite expert in fashion.^^ Also, her temper makes me hate her at first sight. But, she attracted me as she goes on. Eventhough she has really great power, her darn enemys--esp. Mazokus--are usually stronger than her^^;;.(Noone dies at once by her mighty Dragon Slave. -___-;;) But Hey, who is Lina?? She is our Lina~! Our Lina is the girl who makes her dream and goal come true by solving and winning all the hard struggles. She might seems strong and tough but her heart is soft as silk. This, her softness, makes herself more lovely character...(But It isn't still good for me to see when she is bitting her pows especially Gourry. If she didn't do that, I would like her best^^)

Gaurry Gabriev

*Age:22 *Height:188cm

*Handsome guy, super-best swordmanship in the world----But...very stupid..... According to Lina, he has smarter body than brain. He always says stupid things and cannot remember well. So he is always regarded as a fools by his friends. Poor Gaurry.. -___-;; (Attention~! Lina's journey is usually leaded by Lina and Zelgadis. In other words, Gaurry is just like.. eh.. ^ ^;; hanging tail of kite called Lina. He doesn't have his will...^ ^;;--he just follows Lina's. Well..Amelia, she has her own will but the problem is that~ most of her will is far from the reality.) However Gaurry has very sharp sense(as intuition). I wonder is he just pretending dumb or is he real dumb??

BTW, he has most kinder heart in the world. I could hardly imagine how can he still be a protector of Lina when he is getting all that terrible bitting from Lina.^^

Zelgadiss Graywords

*Age: about 20 *Height: 177cm

*Loney cool Chimera who is wondering in the barren of soul. He had betrayed by Rezo, his grandfather-- By Rezo he has turned into Chimera(the creature made from 1/3 Human+1/3 Rock Golem+1/3 Brow Demon). Because of his greedy-- a desire for strong power--, he got eternal mark(stone) on his face. With his symbol of his greedy on his face, he kept his journey on to find curing.

Outside, he seemed cool guy but... inside he has passion, innocence, and cuteness(!!). Especially when he is blushing, he looks sooooo cute~! This is why his nick name is 'Sweetly shy rock'.^^ I guess most of his fan know about this for surely. Zelgadis reminds me Lina to me. Just like Lina, Zel usually seemed strong, but actually he has soft and kind(in his own way^^)heart^^(Hey, please look the pic in the left cell!^^).

His unique appearance works out well to pull up his popularity(though his face is a shock at first sight...).I was wondering why people are so fond of him. but It's not long before, I found out that I was attracted to himself-- Now he's my favorite anime guy. You must see him IN ANIME, not just in pics. There are essential charming points of Zel which we can see only when he 'acts' before our eyes; Sharp and cool behavior, proud but not arrogant air, neat attitudes even when he's doing an evil thing^^;;...and his gorgeous voice! Zel VAs are wonderful; Japanese(Midorikawa Hikaru), Korean(SeungJun Kim)and American(Dan Cronin/Chrispin Freeman). His global fan's praise is continually "spreading" out to him. Ameria Wil Telsa Seillune

*Age: 14 *Height: 145cm

*Childlish princess of mighty Seillune kingdom in Slayer's world.

Cute, cheerful, brave, ... and messenger and protector of justice and righteousness^^;;. Her first appearance in this anime was weird&dismay&surprise(?!?!). Her best magic skill is White one(her hometown is origin of white magic.). Her favorite and the only quote is "For justice and righteouness~!". Actually, she loves to shout solve the problem with her favorite quote in every matter^^;;.

But She is lovely in her own way. Eventhough she was not strong in Next & Try but she was quite good at the battle scene with Rezo in 1st series.

Xelloss

*Age: about 1012 *Height: 180cm

*Beast priest. The elite demon. He has girlish looking, polite attitude and gentle smile. However his actual reality is not human for a sure-- black gimlet(?!) or wolf(??).

Unlike Lina or Zel, Xellos has coldest heart. (He is demon.. you know.. ) Also, his strong will is great... especially at the battle scene with Garb, Xellos nearly escaped dying from Garb's harsh attack. But He never obeyed Garb then. who can make him obey is only his creator, Xellas Metallium, Oh, yeah, and maybe Lord of nightmare as the ultimate master.

There are so many enthusiastic fans of Xelloss and Zel... Especially Lots of Xellos' fans are apt to worship him extremely. I heard that some Xel fans' motto is "I will live for my Xelloss~! & The world is turning because of him, my Xelloss~!" Once you fall in love with him, you may be crazy for him. His voice is also really cool.. The Japanese VA(Ishida Akira) worked REALLY good. One of Xellos' fan confessed to me like this; "Eversince I knew him, I can't live without his voice. I listen to his famous quote,"It's a secret~!", with his voice in the morning and after morning. I listen to his voice when I feel bad and even when I feel good."

Filia= Ul=Copt

*Age: about 500 *Height: 171cm

Priestess of Brizabad. Also, she is the only surviving descent of Golden Dragon.

She has long golden hair and quite short tempered lady. I thought Sylpheel was better than her but my opinion has been changed at the scene of ghost ship. She was so~~~~ cute at this episode.There are zillions of pink rumor between Xelloss and Filia. I am not sure that Xelloss really loves or.. likes(?!) her but.. it is sure that he has certain interest to her, whether it is positive or negetive... (I've seen zillions of fan fiction-- love story of Xelloss and Filia... ^ ^;;) However, I personally thought it is Vargarv who fits to Filia better than Xelloss... well.. since Vargarv has turned into baby... what can I say... ^ ^;;

Vargarv

*Age: about 1000 *Height: 179cm

The only surviving descendents of Ancient dragon. He has reborn as a demon(devil dragon priest) by Garv.

He is one of tragedic men in this anime.. Unlike Zel, he doesn't have clear line between his outer and inner character.He is sorrow and deep anger itself. He doesn't know how to hide his feeling---in addition, he shouts and emits his anger to whoever, with so wistful eyes--because of this, he feels so young and so tender. He has both the extreme strength and the extreme weakness(i.e. from unstability) at once...

Actually I used to hate him at first. Whenever he was appear in Slayers TRY, he was so talkative and screaming with either pain or anger--Evenmore, he tries to revenge to Lina for his master's death. (In fact, his master Garv was killed by Phibrizo.)but I started to understand and like him over changing opinions with my friend, Ruaki-chan who is greatest fan of Vargarb^^.

Sylpheel Nels Lahda

*Age: 20 *Height: 165cm

She is in one side love with Gaurry. She is showing what is an ideal oriental woman like very well--shy and ideal lady, but she shows her wierdness in NEXT series when Gaurry was kidnapped by Phibrizo. She shouts and complains to Lina like this.... "Where is Gaurry sama?? Did you steal his sword and throw him at river??!!" Wow... that was something..^^;;

At the scene in 1st series when Lina got hurt, she put her all strength on recovery spell for Lina. Also, she put her recovery spell to the Holy tree Flagoon. This makes me think that she is an angle itself. Sylpheel is really kinder hearted girl. (Gee..I like everyone in this anime.. ^ ^.. )

Multina Joanna Mel Navratilova

*Age:17 *Height: 164cm

what a weird suit.... (well, she is not worse than Naga..^^;;)Eversince her kingdom was totally gone by Lina's Dragon slave, she starts her journey to get the chance to revenge to Lina.

She made up her own king of demon Zoamergsta^^;;. Not only this... she made up false amulets. She tried to make money by doing anyting and revenge to Lina by various wierd ways without a break. Sometimes I don't really get her. Is she moron or stubborn?? I thinks her attitude before Phibrizo in NEXT last episode is not matching with her character. How can she be friendly with Lina so easily?? Of course I understand that was her last scene which supposed to be touching part.. ^ ^;; but still..

Anyway... I am sure that the former part of NEXT could be fun because of her. Also this is the main reason why I try to put her in this main character's description eventhough there are lots of cool(?!?!) others. Multina is also such a playgirl. I do wonder how many times she had fall in love with the male characters in NEXT?? (Here is a list names in order of the chronogical order who Malitina fall in love with: Zelgadiss--> Gaurry--> Xelloss-->Zangrus...Well.. she finaly got Zangrus at last.. Doesn't it seems that her revenge is gone with the wind?? ^^
