Japanese food and sushi in particular, has become more and more popular in the Pittsburgh region over the last 10 years. However, there are currently no restaurants in the Pittsburgh region that concentrate on offering sushi delivery. Sushi delivery has been quite successful on the west coast, and we feel that with the demographics in this area, we can attain similar success. We also feel that as the first such business in the area, we can quickly spread our business and have somewhat of a monopoly on sushi delivery and carryout in the Pittsburgh area.
